This electronic record is created by a computer system and requires no physical or digital signatures.

Must needed documents when register at our pg: 

Aadhar Card, PassPort Size Photocopies, Contact details of your parents or responsive member.

Data Concerns:

We are only used your legal documents for verification purposes, we will never going to use there data to other places or any other concerns. Once documents will verified then after we will delete that from our database.

Restricted things at our PG:

Drinking and smoking is not allowed at rooms, Non-Veg food is not allowed. Without registration other peoples are not allowed for living or for night stay. 

Please note:

The room selection happens on a first-come-first-served basis and is subject to availability. We recommend you to come as soon as possible in order to have more options of rooms to select from.

At the subject of booking our pg at a first time then first you have to submit the deposit according as per your rent.

One month advance rent are charged by the pg when you are taking the room.

One month notice period is compulsory when you want to leave or property otherwise deposit will be not refunded. 

Payment Mode Accepted:

Payment is accepted by the UPI, Bank Transfer, NEFT, Cash.
